Kazakhstan is part of the EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union). Many machinery parts fall under TR CU 010/2011 (machinery safety) and need an EAC declaration or certificate depending on risk class.
Your supplier in China can arrange EAC certification through certification bodies in Kazakhstan or Russia, typically within 2–4 weeks. Always request EAC in the quotation BEFORE ordering — retrofitting after arrival is expensive.

Uzbekistan is NOT an EAEU member and does not recognize EAC certificates. You need a GOST-UZ certificate under the UZ TR system for regulated goods.
This is the #1 mistake importers make — receiving an "EAC for Uzbekistan" from a supplier. Check the actual requirement with your broker first.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and (where required) EAC declaration or GOST-UZ certificate.
Keep part descriptions generic but accurate — "hydraulic pump for concrete mixer" is fine; avoid vague descriptions that customs may question.
