ConPartsWorld — B2B sourcing partner for construction machinery & heavy truck parts from China
The parts sourcing market has two tiers: verified suppliers who ship what they promise, and middlemen who resell anything with a label. Your money, your downtime, and your reputation depend on telling them apart before you pay.
Verification is not about finding a "perfect" supplier — it is about collecting evidence that a supplier can actually deliver the specific parts you need, at the stated quality.
Ask for: business license (营业执照) or registration, export history (ask which countries they ship to), and a verifiable website or B2B presence. Cross-check the company name on multiple platforms.
A supplier who has been exporting for years will have no trouble showing you this. A brand-new shell company will hesitate.
Ask for real photos of the parts you are buying (not catalog images), photos of the factory or warehouse, and if possible a video call to see the actual stock.
For high-value items like complete engines, gearboxes or hydraulic pumps, ask which factory manufactures the product and whether you can visit or inspect before shipment.

Material test certificates for machined/forged parts, hardness reports for undercarriage, bench test data for hydraulic components, and batch photos before shipment.
Ask what QC process they run. A supplier with a documented 3-step QC (incoming, in-process, pre-shipment) is far more reliable than one who says "quality is guaranteed" without specifics.
First order: use 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or better, an LC for large amounts. Never pay 100% in advance to a new supplier.
Use PayPal, bank transfer with a real company account, or an escrow service for first orders. Keep all correspondence documented.
Red flags: prices far below market, no questions about your application, pressure to pay fast, and refusal to provide documents.
